Diana Watts- Improved sleep, reduced stress and an unexpected benefit

I’d previously been a very heavy sleeper with very vivid dreams every night – I’d often wake in the morning feeling very tired and able to recount very vivid and strange dreams. Since beginning the course and learning breathing and taping, I am waking refreshed and without the vivid dreams. My hair loss is slowing too – the ‘brake’ is working and my parasympathetic nervous system is waking up! Still a way to go but there is definitely progress. Very happy!
