This session is recommended for athletes who want to improve their performance, anyone who would like to improve their fitness, or for those that find breathing difficulties limit their ability to enjoy exercise. The session is suitable for children to adults and any level of fitness.

In the session you will receive:
A breathing/fitness assessment including capnometry
Breathing exercises to use before, during and after exercise
Guidelines to boost performance and recovery
Guidelines to improve performance and stamina by increasing oxygen delivery to muscle when exercising
Breathing exercises to speed recovery after exercise (reduce lactic acid in muscle)
Guidelines for exercising without breathlessness or asthma symptoms
The fee for an initial one-hour private session is $140.
