Ines Steward

Ines is passionate about supporting clients to improve their health and well-being. She completed her Associate Practitioner Training in 2015 and is currently training in Educational Capnography with the Graduate School of Breathing Sciences USA. Capnography is about identifying and unlearning dysfunctional breathing habits with the help of a CO2 monitor or capnometer. Ines also has five years experience with Heart Rate Variability HRV biofeedback and certified as a HeartMath provider in 2014.
