I want to thank you for all your help. I attended your classes two years ago and am happy to say that Buteyko changed my life. I can run (half marathons and the hundreds of kilometres of training in order to perform one without a single puff.
I've sung your praises and hoping the people I've told, take it up. I have suffered attacks but breathed them out also. I couldn't tell you where a Ventolin pump is in my house. I've even scuba dived without any problems as well.
