Just a quick note to say thank you for seeing me a week ago. I followed your recommendations and practised everything for five days before going into the Motatapu Race last Saturday.
And wow! What a difference it made. I was slow (so what!) but no headaches, no tight neck & shoulders, I managed a lot of hills even better than before without getting off my bike and the best of all I was still fresh(-ish) at the finish line. And this didn't change, even the next day was more than ok, no sore muscles just a bit heavy legs. In a nutshell: I never felt better during and after a race - yay!
My friends were pretty impressed, too, so all of us are looking forward to your course in August. I'm very keen to learn more!
