I recently attended a programme run by Glenn. My wife suggested it, as she does most wise things to me. She thought it would help my sleeping issues, being poor sleep, restless, snoring etc, all those things that your partners love about you when you are sleeping.
Sceptical but willing, off I trotted to see Glenn. I have been reasonably fit most of my life, and in tune with my body. The Buteyko course was simple, breathe in, breathe out, through the nose, not the mouth. Its just a timing thing. It is amazing how this simple activity practiced properly has changed my sleeping pattern and my general health. It is definitely one of the best things I have done to improve my health in the past few years.
I would recommend it to anyone with breathing issues. It works. I sleep better, I don’t wake my wife or myself at night, tossing and turning. And during the day, I regulate my breathing so I think better and feel better.
