Asthma severity may vary with the seasons, brought on by cold weather or the pollen season.

  • tobacco smoke
  • pollen, molds
  • wine, beer
  • yeasts
  • dairy products
  • soy milk

  • kapok in pillows and mattresses
  • strong perfumes, cleaning products, solvents
  • exposure to cold, dry air or weather changes
  • overheated room
